We are not afraid to venture outside of the commodity structure of agriculture to produce a product free of antibiotics, drugs, and GMO’s. Our unique meats are raised right; living a species appropriate lifestyle, eating a species appropriate diet, and harvested humanely. Our water buffalo, alpaca, and lamb are 100% grassfed and finished. Carrell Farms grazes its animals on a forage chain of warm and cool season grasses, legumes, and forbs. When dictated by the seasons or weather, grazing is supplemented with grass and/or legume hay to provide a consistent, year-round finished product.
