We have Buffalo & Lamb

We have added Carrell Farms, Inc. – Monroe, GA – David & Shalley Carrell. They will be providing our family and friends with honest, nutrient dense food. They are not afraid to venture outside of the commodity structure of agriculture to produce a product free of antibiotics, drugs, and GMO’s. Their unique meats are raised right; living a species appropriate lifestyle, eating a species appropriate diet, and harvested humanely. They have water buffalo, alpaca, and lamb are 100% grassfed and finished. Carrell Farms grazes its animals on a forage chain of warm and cool season grasses, legumes, and forbs.

We are starting out with a few items but in 2-3 weeks we should have the rest of their items in stock. I do plan on getting with them and post some videos or information educating us on how best to cook their meats.
